Who inspires you to do better?
Women that aren’t heard and don’t yet have a platform to influence change.
I’ve had the opportunity to work in rural communities in developing countries.
With people who don’t have access to the information and opportunities to influence change. Who don’t even have a recognised voice in society.
These women have shaped who I am through their kindness, strength and ambition.
I work every day with their words in my head, driving me forward, pushing me to be the best I can –to make the most of my opportunity to influence positive change.
Can design change the world?
Design influences our identity, values and beliefs at a young age – unconsciously.
The power of design is limitless and its potential drives us forward, to impact not just the present but also the future.
If you were voted Prime Minister today, what is the first thing you would change?
The key thing for me, based on my experiences, would be to increase access to information globally. Particularly sexual health and women’s rights.
These subjects must become a standardised part of young people’s education globally.
Where is your favourite place?
Any beach, anywhere. Sea air, water and open space makes for the perfect place to relax and recharge.
What is the number one thing we can do each day to stay happy?
Remember to breath.
